Again with 2 more hours of GTD Summer Camp 🙌🏻
The 5th annual GTD Summer Camp will take place on June 14th and 15th 2025 in Denmark and we hope to see you there! Join us to take your GTD system and practice to the next level and enjoy an inspiring weekend with fellow GTD’ers and certified Trainers from the GTD community. We’re limited to 60 seats this year, so sign up quickly – you don’t want to miss it!
What is GTD® Summer Camp?
The GTD Summer Camp is a non-profit event organized by the Danish GTD Community Steering Group: Experienced Danish GTD’ers Jens, Birgitte and Fedder, and Lars from Vital Learning Denmark.
Our vision for this year’s GTD Summer Camp is the same as for previous years. We hope it will be:
- A great opportunity to hang out and enjoy a fantastic weekend with GTD trainers and fellow GTD’ers.
- An inspiring weekend with presentations to take your GTD system and GTD practice to the next level.
- An event that everyone is talking about and those who were not there are envious of.
The GTD Summer Camp 2025
This year’s theme is Getting Things Done: Community. Focused.
The program this year will very much be built around the community, so you’ll have to trust us that the program for our 5th Summer Camp anniversary will be fantastic 🙌🏻
The overall theme is the community. By the community, for the community. So we’ll rely on you to tell us what you want to see at the Summer Camp, and we hope that some of you will also want to share some of your thoughts with everyone at the Summer Camp 😊
The Summer Camp includes:
- A weekend of presentations (in English), discussions, exercises, breakout sessions, and a walk-and-talk.
- This year we’ll have two ticket types – one for the whole weekend (join us Friday for dinner!) and one for just Saturday and Sunday for the actual Summer Camp. All meals are included, as is accommodation at Kobæk in a single room.
- Inspiring surroundings to get a mind like water and review/renew your GTD system and practice!

When/where and what does it cost?
When? That depends! We now have the “Joining Friday” ticket and the “Joining Saturday” ticket. If you want to join us for a great dinner and evening on Friday June 13, choose the Friday ticket. If you prefer to join directly for the Summer Camp activities, we start on Saturday June 14th at 9.00 AM. The scheduled events start Saturday at 9.30 AM and ends Sunday June 15th at 3:00 PM.
Where? As in 2022, 2023 and 2024, the 2025 GTD Summer Camp takes place at Kobæk Strand Konferencecenter, which is located at Kobækvej 85, 4230 Skælskør, Denmark.
What does it cost to attend? A key focus has been to keep the cost low, while ensuring comfortable surroundings for the conference. And like last year, we’re lucky and happy to share that all speakers are donating their time and paying to attend the conference – thank you!
Because of this, we’re happy to announce that you can attend both days, including accommodation, for just
2.700 DKK (plus VAT for Danish citizens)

And our new “Joining Friday” ticket includes both the meal and a single room at Kobæk from Friday to Saturday for just
3.600 DKK (plus VAT for Danish citizens)

- Again this year, all participants can pay with credit card 🥳
- The Danish VAT is initially added but subsequently removed for attendees outside Denmark, when you select your country in the invoicing information step.
- Sign-ups are non-refundable but can be transferred to other participants.
